Terms of use

1. Inspections may be requested only by the person who engaged Building Approvals Group Pty Ltd as the private certifier for the work.

2. To be properly processed, inspection requests must be received before 3pm the day prior to inspection at the latest.

3. Inspections in regional areas require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to inspection date.

4. Building Approvals Group offers inspection services during normal business hours only.

5. The user will receive an automatic E-mail confirmation when BAgroup has read your request.

6. If the inspection cannot be accommodated, the user will be telephoned before 5:00 PM on the day the request was received. Alternative arrangements will be made.

7. Preference of time applies to Footing and Slab inspections only.

8. Building Approvals Group Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any circumstances resulting from the use of this system.
